When you submit the talent pool form, we may collect:
1. Identity & Contact: name, email, phone, city/state
2. Professional: role focus, skills, experience summary, languages (if provided), resume file or LinkedIn/portfolio links
3. Preferences: availability, work type, travel willingness, desired pay range (if provided)
4. Work eligibility (yes/no): authorized to work in the U.S.; whether future sponsorship is needed

Do not submit sensitive information
Do not include SSN, government ID numbers, banking details, precise home address, health/medical information, criminal history, salary history, or protected-class information in the form, resume, or notes.

We use the information to:
• Create and maintain your engineer talent pool profile
• Match, refer, and communicate role/project opportunities
• In matching scenarios, provide your resume/skills/experience and work preferences to potential employers/clients for evaluation (based on your required authorization on the form)
• Operate and secure the platform, prevent fraud, handle disputes, and comply with legal obligations

• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
If this changes, we will update this notice and provide choices as required (where applicable).

We may disclose information to:
• Potential employers/clients: for evaluating role/project opportunities in matching/referral scenarios
• Service providers: hosting, cloud storage, forms/database tools, email/SMS services, etc. (acting under our instructions to provide services)

We typically retain your information for no longer than 24 months. We may retain it longer if needed for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

In matching scenarios, we provide candidates’ resume/skills/experience and work preferences to potential employers/clients for evaluation (based on the required authorization on the form). We may also share information with service providers to operate the website and forms (only to provide services).

To minimize risk and collect only what is necessary:
• We do not collect criminal history on the talent pool form.
• We do not ask for salary history; we only collect a desired pay range (optional).
• We do not run background checks or obtain third-party consumer reports at sign-up; if a specific role later requires it, we will provide separate disclosures and obtain authorization.
• We do not request SSN, government ID numbers, banking details, or health/medical information.

Talent pool information is typically retained for no longer than 24 months, unless a longer period is needed for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards (e.g., access controls, permissions, logging/backup as appropriate). However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.

Access/Correction/Deletion Requests

You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing Engineer@nepwins.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” Identity verification may be required.

Updates
