Billy Peng has over 20 years of experience in manufacturing technology, R&D, and international market expansion. A Senior Mechanical Engineer specializing in mold design and plastic molding technologies, he co-founded and operated Gree-Daikin Precision Mold Co., Ltd., and later built the external order team at Gree Precision Mold, expanding its industrial mold and equipment business and forging partnerships with industry leaders.
 

He has also served as advisor to industrial AR, semiconductor, and venture capital firms, focusing on technology commercialization and cross-border investment. Currently, Billy is Vice President of ChengFang International Investment (North America) and General Manager of ChengFang USA, leading U.S. operations and investment initiatives. As the Founder & CEO of NEPWINS Industrial, he is dedicated to making it easier for global manufacturing enterprises to establish and scale operations in the United States.

Bill Zhuang brings over 25 years of executive leadership across North America, South America, and Asia, with a strong background in strategic management, global operations, and cross-border investment. He has 14 years of CEO experience and 10 years in senior management, including consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and serving as CEO of U.S. private equity funds ShortView and Windjammer, where he oversaw operations, sales, and manufacturing.
 

He spent over 20 years in the automotive sector, holding leadership roles at Arrow Electronics, Delphi, Magna, NBHX, Tianhai Electric, and Angstrom Electric, with expertise in electronics, interiors/exteriors, and electrical systems. Bill has managed up to 6 factories with 3,000+ employees, executed 12 M&A transactions, and built strong connections with North America’s Big Three OEMs and Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers. He holds three U.S. Master’s degrees in Mathematics & Statistics, Computer Information & Engineering, and Business Administration (MBA).

Michelle Du brings 30 years of leadership in the global automotive industry, with deep expertise in procurement and supply chain management. She spent 11 years as Executive Director of Procurement, Asia Pacific at Magna International, and later served as Group Vice President of Global Procurement & Supply Chain Management at Minth Group, BorgWarner, and AGP eGlass.
 

Her expertise covers interior and exterior systems, seating, body and chassis systems, powertrain, batteries & modules, electronics, and automotive glass & films. She has conducted on-site visits with over 1,000 suppliers worldwide, building strong insight into supplier networks across China, the U.S., Mexico, India, Europe, and South America. Michelle holds dual U.S. Master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration (MBA), and currently serves as a Board Member of the North American Automotive Professionals Association, maintaining extensive ties with both traditional OEMs and the new energy vehicle sector.
